Electro-optical Material , Lithium Niobate Powder LiNbO3 CAS 12031-63-9

Indium sulfate is an inorganic compound, chemical formula In2(SO4)3, easily soluble in water, can form a variety of hydrates. It is usually prepared by the reaction of indium and sulfuric acid, is a colorless crystal or white crystalline powder, with strong corrosive and oxidizing properties, and should be used with caution. Indium sulfate is widely used in electronic material preparation, catalyst, medicine and other fields. For example, it can be used to produce indium compounds in electronic devices such as liquid crystal displays, photodetectors, and infrared sensors; As a catalyst in organic synthesis; Involved in the synthesis and production of some drugs.

    product detail

Name: Lithium niobate                                                   Molecular formula: LiNbO3

    CAS: 12031-63-9                                                            Molecular weight: 147.85

Description: Lithium niobate crystal, referred to as LN, belongs to the trigonal system and the structure of ilmenite (distorted perovskite type). Lithium niobate is a ferroelectric crystal with Curie point of 1140℃, spontaneous polarization intensity of 50×10C/cm ', thermal conductivity of 0.056 (W/ cm·K). The deformed lithium niobate crystal has many properties such as piezoelectric, ferroelectric, photoelectric, nonlinear optics, thermoelectric and so on, and has photorefractive effect. Lithium niobate was prepared by Czochralski method with lithium carbonate and niobium pentoxide as raw materials. Lithium carbonate and niobium pentoxide were put into a platinum crucible and grown along (001) direction. In order to obtain high-quality colorless transparent cylinder, it is necessary to add an appropriate electric field when the temperature of the two end faces in two directions of crystal growth is slightly higher than Curie temperature, and then the crystal is cooled to room temperature to obtain lithium niobate crystal.
